The goods purchased from us have a guarantee entitling the buyer to return the goods if a defect is identified. Before making a return, please read the complaint rules listed below.
1. WAT Bryński s.c. guarantees the efficient operation of the extinguisher, provided that it is used in accordance with its intended purpose and in the operating conditions specified in the instruction manual attached to the device.
2. The guarantee applies only to extinguishers manufactured by WAT Bryński s.c. and is valid only in Poland.
3. The guarantee is valid for 60 months from the date of sale.
4. The guarantee can be used if:
the purchased fire extinguishers are subjected to inspections and if necessary, other required service activities in accordance with the rules and in the manner specified in the Polish Standards for fire-fighting devices and extinguishers, in the technical and operational documentation and in the operating manual prepared by WAT Bryński s.c.,
• the purchased product is made available for WAT Bryński s.c.
5. The warranty does not cover:
• any mechanical damage, including damage caused by transport or improper storage,
damage resulting from improper use, inconsistent with the instructions,
• damage resulting from improperly conducted service activities,
• post-sale damage resulting from random events or other circumstances for which neither the manufacturer nor the seller is responsible,
• incorrect maintenance.
6. The warranty is forfeited when:
• the seals are broken,
• there was an interference with the extinguisher that was unforeseen as part of the service activities,
• the fire extinguisher has been modified or aftermarket parts have been used.
7. Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge as soon as possible, not exceeding 14 working days from the date of acceptance for repair.
8. The costs of transporting the defective device are borne by the user.
9. A fiscal receipt or an invoice for the purchase of a fire extinguisher should be presented together with a completed complaint form.
10. All complaints should be reported at the point of sale or directly to the manufacturer to the following address:
